Unsure what to expect? Let’s chat to determine if we’re a good fit and to discuss your support needs.

Initial Nutrition Visit

Initial sessions are one hour long. We will discuss your health history, relationship with food, assess your nutrition and current support needs, and set up an initial plan.

Follow-up Nutrition Visits

Follow up sessions are generally 45-55 minutes. We will celebrate your successes, reassess challenges, discuss any questions that come up, and continue moving forward with your goals.

  • I am currently an in-network provider with:

    • Regence / BlueCross

    • First Choice

I am waiting on credentialing for Pacific Source, OHP, and Providence.
If you have one of these insurances, reach out! I may be in-network soon.

  • If I am an in-network provider with your insurance, your personal cost depends on coverage determined by your insurance plan.

If you do not have insurance coverage and will be paying out of pocket, I offer a prompt pay incentive price which is $184 per 55 minute session. I accept debit, credit, and FSA/HSA cards.

  • Both! If you live in Washington, I only offer virtual visits. If you live in Oregon, I offer virtual visits and have limited in-person availability in Bend, OR.

  • I currently work with people ages 17+

  • It depends! Some people only need support for a couple of months and others end up being long term clients that choose to work with me for years.
In most cases, we start with every other week sessions and adjust based on your support needs.
